 Deshantari Program

We are pleased to announce that Deshantari is presenting a Rabindra Jayanti program with renowned film director, documentary film maker, theatre actor and director associated with Nandikar, Goutam Halder. Goutam Halder is the President and Director of Theatre Troupe Naye Natua, Kolkata , India . The troupe has already performed and been praised by connoisseurs in Kolkata, West Bengal, Delhi , Mumbai, Bangalore , Hyderabad , Assam , Toronto and many other places.

The walk for liver funding Drive

The walk for liver funding Drive, "Stroll for Liver" will be held on Sunday, June 20 (Father's Day) at Lakeside Gardens, Britannia Park, Ottawa from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Free vegetarian and non vegetarian food will be served after the walk. There is also a volleyball tournament in which you can participate by registering on liver.ca site by clicking on stroll for liver icon on the bottom of the screen and then click on Ottawa location.

Chinmaya Mission

It's time to AWAKEN CANADIANS TO INDIA

The top prize includes 2 return tickets to India! This is a chance for a youth to get on that plane and zoom off to one of the most exotic places in the world! Other exciting prizes will also be awarded.  Attached please find our poster, a small power point presentation and a copy of the rules and regulations.This project was launched on March 30th, 2010 and the registrations will all be done by mail. The last day to register will be July 01, 2010. The tests are designed, prepared and marked by a team in India, and directed by Swami Mitrananda from India.

MSMF Food Festival
MSMF India have started the activities for this event.  They expect a large participation in the picnic, just like last year. To make it the event a huge success,
